We provide a fully comprehensive dispensing service and tailor our service to meet the needs of your care home. We also have a dedicated dispensing team that are available on a day to day basis offering pharmaceutical advice and support.
Dedicated Delivery Drivers with Prompt Delivery Times
We have a friendly team of delivery drivers that work around the clock, working closely with our dispensing team; our delivery drivers will deliver medicines to your care home in a reliable, secure and timely manner. They will also collect and deliver repeat prescriptions, acute prescriptions and any waste medicines, 365 days a year.
Medicines Reconciliation
CareHomeChemist will update any medication changes and in urgent cases where the GP has started nay new medication we will have that delivered the same day so your resident can start their treatment as soon as possible.
Deliver Checking
All monthly medications will be checked into the home by a dedicated CareHomeChemist team member. This will allow the home to be confident everything has arrived saving you time and money.

Bespoke Service Level Agreements
Agreed professional service level agreements with your care home will ensure you receive a quality and reliable service. Signed prior to the start of the service and reviewed and audited at least once a year.
Interim & Repeat Prescriptions
We will collect all prescription from your surgeries on your behalf if you require. This can save valuable time for your staff to carry out other duties and look after the residents.
